2024 Maschio Gaspardo Attila 300/7
SubsoilerATTILA is a subsoiler designed for tractors with horsepower in the 110 to 300 range, for small and medium-sized farmers looking for a machine to work to depths as deep as 19,7 inches, without inversion of the subsoil and topsoil layers in order to boost the organic content.
HEAVY-DUTY constructionThe frame houses the 1.2 inches-thick tines with welded mounts (CSS) designed to work down to a depth of up to 19.7 inches. With their carefully calculated angle of penetration, the tines dig progressively into the ground, reducing stress on the frame and on the tractor. The reversible tips with tungsten carbide coating give a service life that is up to three times longer, especially on highly abrasive ground like sandy soil. A WIDIA-coated option is also available on request.
Unstoppable HYDROATTILA's HYDRO version is an excellent workhorse even on debris-rich soil courtesy of the hydropneumatic system, which allows the tine to rise on encountering obstacles. This version also comes in an up to 13.1 ft width with 9 tines.
The many sides of AttilaAttila can be fitted with a spade roller, which is ideal for working on sandy soils. The containment panels (mechanical or hydraulic options available) make for accurate work along boundaries or ditches.
Features may include:
TINE TOOLSThe progressively angled tines penetrate the ground gradually, going as deep as 19.7 in with low power requirements and moderate fuel consumption.
- Reversible clod crushers;
- Quick-change reversible tungsten-coated tip;
- Side wings.
The rollers ensure good seedbed finishing and, at the same time, are design to compact the soil loosened by the tines, limiting water evaporation from the surface layers. The new twin spade roller is available for loose soil, while the classic twin spike roller is recommended on tough ground and soil with a wealth of residue.
SHEAR BOLT SAFETY SYSTEMWhen the maximum load is exceeded, the bolt shears, allowing the tine to rise, thus avoiding possible damage to the tine and the frame.
HYDROPNEUMATIC SAFETY SYSTEMThe modern safety system and the new tine design ensure the element lifts up correctly in the event of hidden obstacles, thus preventing possible damage. The oil pushed out of the piston is conveyed into a twin nitrogen accumulator by means of a valve system.
