2024 Maschio Gaspardo Rotary Tiller SC 230

Model SC and SC PRO rotary tillers are designed for medium-sized farms and contractors. Belonging to the category of large rotary tillers, they are designed to work in particularly severe conditions. The new mechanical structure and wide choice of accessories make it possible to achieve excellent results on any type of soil when combined with tractors up to 170 HP.

Model SC has a robust structure, thanks to the double sheet frame, slip clutch PTO shaft, multi-speed gearbox, waterproof rotor seals and spherical roller bearings. This latest HEAVY DUTY type equipment ensures 30% more resistance than normal tapered bearings. It is possible to choose 3 different rotors: Blades in normal working conditions, Cobra on dry and very hard soil and finally Condor on stony ground.

SC PRO is the HEAVY-DUTY variant of the SC cutter for intensive and continuous use. The central gearbox is enhanced with a cooling fan, synthetic oil and the special VITON seal gasket.

As an alternative to the side skids, it is possible to choose from different models of rear rollers.

Model SC – SC PRO rotary tillers are equipped with a three-gears side drive box that ensures constant transmission without loss of power.

The waterproof mechanical seals consist of two metal rings opposite each other and separated by a thin film of oil. This ensures total isolation of the rotor bearings from mud, water and dust. It is also possible to work in submersion in rice fields.

By changing the position of the gears in the central gearbox, it is possible to easily change the rotation speed of the rotor according to the type of soil.

MASCHIO rotary tillers are equipped with bearings consisting of a double series of spheres for great resistance to impacts and heavy workloads. Main advantages: long Life (up to 30% longer life than traditional bearings), high strength and load capacity, reduced maintenance.

Compared to the basic model, version PRO is enriched with equipment such as:

• Rear radiator;

• Synthetic oil in the gearbox;

• Possibility of mounting a 22.4 in rotor compared to the 21.3 in of SC.
