AQUILA SUPER stands out for its particularly robust mechanics, ideal for contractors and medium to large companies requiring versatile and reliable machines. AQUILA SUPER has been updated mechanically to offer an innovative, reliable and safe product with an attractive new design. Numerous improvements have been made, such as the patented "BLINDATO" roller bearing, the use of synthetic oil in the gearboxes, the new high-strength steel side straps, and the telescopic steel side guards. With the new 20 cm increased levelling bar, ground levelling is improved. All these upgrades together with the consolidated hardened and case-hardened gears, hardened knife support shafts, and HEAVY DUTY bearings have made it possible to increase the required power by 20 HP with a range of 150 to 350 HP.

AQUILA SUPER is characterised by the renowned structure with double skin frame, a feature of MASCHIO power harrows. The internal thickness of 6 mm and the external thickness of 5 mm ensure significant rigidity and robustness without significantly increasing its weight. Made with high-strength steels, it ensures high performance in all conditions. The HEAVY DUTY equipment such as the side cam PTO shafts, forged tine-holding shafts, ON GRIP tines and side single speed gears with gearbox complete the picture. This system allows to vary the rotation speed of the tines according to the required level of refinement.

The transmission and working parts are made with top quality materials and automated and high-precision production processes. The rotor shafts with tine support are turned by a single high-strength steel forged piece. The only solution on the market with all the gears of the case hardened and tempered transmission tank. The tines are forged with tempered boron steel and machined in highly automated lines. The long 30 cm tines have a profile specially designed to maximise soil refinement in all conditions. The ON GRIP version available on request or, to extend its life, the tungsten carbide coverage.

AQUILA SUPER allows the coupling in combination with CENTAURO cereal seed drill. The combined seeders solution has significant advantages, first of all it increases operational efficiency thanks to the possibility of combining primary/secondary soil tillage with seeding in a single step.

With the new hydraulic coulter bar exclusion kit, it is possible to work the soil with the coulter bar tilted upwards.

The extensive standard equipment can be further enhanced with important equipment on request. The patented QUICK tine release system: simple and fast replacement in four simple steps. While PLUS stone deflectors system, thanks to the presence of protective wedges, protects the space between the rotors from impacts or intrusions with stones or other debris that could block them.
