2024 Maschio Gaspardo Nina 250/17
Mounted in-line mechanical seed drillThe NINA model introduces the mechanical seed drill segment. The result of GASPARDO's century-old experience in the sector, NINA is characterised by ease of use, reliability, sturdiness and reduced maintenance. With mounted frame, NINA is available in versions from 8.2 to 13.1 ft up to a maximum of 33 rows, ideal for sowing cereals and rapeseed.
Strong and compactNINA is an extremely compact seed drill thanks to the proximity of all the main units such as the hopper, the distribution system and the furrowing elements.
Mechanical transmissionThe 3-cam continuously variable transmission in oil bath, with inspection window, ensures constant and uniform motion transmission. Thanks to this it is possible to vary the speed of the seed distributing groups in a fast and precise way. The use of ball bearings ensures greater wear resistance of the transmission shafts.
High customizationTo meet the needs of all farmers, NINA is available with 3 different coulters: suffolk for light and residue-free soils, with simple disc for any type of soil even in the presence of crop residues and finally with Corex double disc, which proves to be extremely effective on heavy or peaty soils with a strong presence of residue, allowing constant sowing depth thanks to the disc camber. In the single and Corex double disc versions, the depth adjustment wheel is also available on request.
Features may include:
GASPARDO CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSIONThe three-cam transmission in oil bath, situated on the side of the machine, transfers movement from the drive wheel to the distribution line. The seeding population can be varied from the transmission by acting on the adjustment lever calibrated on a continuous scale from 1 to 55.
CLOSING BLADESThe nozzle closing blades have three positions to adjust the quantity of seed coming out of the hopper.
METERING ROLLERSDepending on the size of the seed, the most suitable type of tine metering roller must be selected. As the calibre of the seed increases, the size of the tine increases.
COULTERSThree variants are available to make the machine suitable for working on any type of terrain:
Suffolk coulterSuitable for traditionally tilled soils with little residue, even very hard and stony. Positioning on well-spaced rows to increase the outflow between the units. Quick replacement of wear parts, screwed and not welded.
Single discSuitable for all types of soil even with plenty of residue. Constant control of the seeding depth by means of an adjustable limiter or rubber wheel. The slight pressure exerted on the seed promotes rapid germination.
Double COREX discSuitable for loose soils even with plenty of residue. Sowing depth adjustment by means of an adjustable rubber wheel that exerts a slight pressure on the seed, favouring germination. The particular camber of the two discs allows the creation of the deposition furrow avoiding sinking or excessive soil displacement.
