The MASCHIO GASPARDO haymaking range offers maximum productivity with the BORA TWIN rear-mounted double mower, featuring a working width of up to 28.22 ft. The BORA TWIN can be paired with the BORA F front-mounted version to cover the entire cutting width. Equipped with 16 discs, each with two helical blades, it ensures a clean and uniform cut. Available with or without a polyethylene flail conditioner, this combination enhances daily productivity and cutting quality.

The new cutting bar features a completely flat base and a low-profile design, with an adjustable cutting height of up to 10 cm. This ensures constant protection of the turf, reducing contact pressure during mowing and promoting faster regrowth of the plants for subsequent cuts.

Thanks to the practical and quick blade replacement system, BORA TWIN minimizes downtime for repairs, allowing mowing operations to resume swiftly. Each blade is designed with a precise angle to ensure a clean and sharp cut, preserving the quality of the crop without contamination, even when dealing with lodged plants.

In the event of a collision between the disc and an obstruction, the ShockPRO hubs with built-in protection are designed to intentionally break, safeguarding the cutting bar’s transmission. The system securely holds the entire mechanism in place, allowing for a quick stop and fast replacement of the damaged hub, minimizing costs and downtime.
